Do I need an email to use ColdCraft?
Yes. We use a quick email verification step before generation to cut down on abuse. After that, you can buy a Credit Pack or go Pro depending on your volume.
What's the difference between a Credit Pack and Pro?
A Credit Pack is a one-time purchase of 20 generations for $5 — no expiry, no subscription. Pro is $12/month for unlimited generations. If you send cold emails regularly, Pro pays for itself fast.
Do my credits expire?
No. Credits from a Credit Pack never expire.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, any time. You keep access through the end of your current billing period. No fees, no hoops.
I was charged but my access isn't working.
Email us at eli@coldcraft.cc with your Stripe receipt and we'll sort it out immediately.
Can I get a refund?
If you were charged in error or hit a service failure, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Are the generated emails ready to send?
They're strong drafts — but you should always review and personalize before hitting send. AI gets you 80% there; your judgment gets you the rest.
Do you store my email prompts or generated content?
No. Your inputs and outputs are processed in real time and not stored after your session ends.
