By using ColdCraft ("the Service") at coldcraft.cc, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and ColdCraft.
ColdCraft is an AI-powered tool that generates cold email drafts based on information you provide. We use Claude (Anthropic's AI) to generate content. The emails are drafts — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to send them.

You are solely responsible for how you use the content ColdCraft generates. We do not review your emails after generation and are not liable for how you use them.
Free tier
One generation per IP address at no cost. No credit card required.
Credit Pack ($5 for 20 credits)
One-time purchase. Credits do not expire. Credits are non-refundable once purchased unless required by applicable law.
Pro subscription ($12/month)
Monthly subscription billed through Stripe. Cancel any time — your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
We offer refunds at our discretion. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a service failure, contact us at eli@coldcraft.cc within 14 days of the charge. We'll review and respond promptly.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate termination of your account.
Your content: You own the prompts you enter and the email drafts generated from them. We don't claim any rights over your generated content.
Our content: The ColdCraft name, logo, website design, and underlying software are owned by ColdCraft. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.
ColdCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the generated emails will result in replies, meetings, or any particular outcome. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or require editing — always review before sending.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ColdCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to ColdCraft at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
